I need a Flavor Profiler to help make Beverage

I am looking for someone that is good at knowing how to create a certain flavor using ingredients. Essentially, I need to find a way to balance the ingredients so that they are palatable when drank as a beverage. The main ingredient is Turmeric, and I need help making the bitterness go away
