I am a CompTIA A+ Certified Computer Technician who loves troubleshooting any computer related problem, whether it be software or hardware related. Also knowledgeable in web site design and am the webmaster and maintainer of several sites serving non-profit organizations, working gratis as a volunteer. Experienced in many programs such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Linux.Love helping my friends and family with all their computer problems as this is my passion and I love the challenge of solving problems.
