Aliya is the CEO of MWM Systems, which helps connect businesses with strategic partners to create efficiencies and maximize revenues. Aliya has over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, communications, business development and operations in both non- and for-profit sectors.
Over the last years, Aliya’s Team has helped put together nationwide events, increase clients’ revenues at least 30% and establish strategic partnerships, which decreased expenses and increased efficiencies at least 50%. Aliya’s team helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses through innovation, communication, sales, investments, partnerships and team building trainings and consulting.
Aliya is also heavily involved in the philanthropic world, assisting national and international organizations that help children in the underprivileged communities and environmental affairs. Aliya is on the board of directors at Wharton Club of DC’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum, NextPlay© and the Chair of the Disruption and Innovation Group.
Aliya’s journey as an entrepreneur started when she was 16 years old and opened her own restaurant/bar in Kazakhstan, which brought 50X ROI in just 8 months. She has since lived and studied in Germany, France and the United States. Aliya received her undergraduate from George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs with 80% of tuition paid by scholarships and grants. She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Communications at Sage University, Spain.
